FACTS™ training provides the communications tools and techniques necessary to effectively communicate management's positions during the often difficult process of contract negotiations. It is important that management controls the communications to employees during contract negotiations to ensure that negotiating positions are clearly and accurately understood. Properly done, this communications process can lead to an acceptable contract and a strike can be avoided.
